• All clients have secure direct access to our system, allowing:

1. 1. Upload your instructions and document securely
   2. Viewing affidavits online.
   3. Add instructions or make changes.
   4. View invoices or statement online.
   5. Pay accounts.

• SWA has a Business Continuity plan, which we have activated, that provides a framework for responding to different potential scenarios, up to and including a full remote-work situation for our team.
• We have promoted best-practice health measures as recommended by NSW Health.NSWgov
